The Future of Work is central to what we do at the Ministry, recently the UAE Government has launched Vision 2071 and one of the central pieces is the future of work, so at the HR Tech MENA Summit, there were some interesting discussions about what the future of work would be and how the employers and policy makers can be prepared to act accordingly.
